1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how DJC AI Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use checkout.iqpilot.ai (the "Site"). We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

2. What we collect

Contact details — your full name, email address and mobile number entered at checkout.
Attendee details — the full name, email address and mobile number of each friend you add to an order. By providing them you confirm you have their permission to share their details with us for ticketing and event communications.
Order and payment records — the product, number of seats, amount, currency, invoice/reference number, payment status, payment channel (e.g. FPX, card, e-wallet) and the time of payment, as reported to us by our payment provider. We do not receive or store card numbers, bank logins or e-wallet credentials.
Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and request times, used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

To process your payment, confirm your order and issue e-tickets and receipts.
To manage the event — attendee lists, check-in, seating and important updates about the event you booked.
To maintain our customer records and keep you informed about related IQPilot and DJC AI events and programmes. You can opt out at any time (see section 7).
To detect fraud, verify payments and meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with

DOKU (payment processing) — receives your name, email, phone and order amount to take payment on its hosted page. DOKU's own privacy policy governs its processing.
GoHighLevel (customer relationship management) — stores your contact details and event tags so we can manage attendees and communications.
Neon (database hosting) and Cloudflare (hosting and security) — store and serve the Site's data on our behalf.
Internal notifications — a summary of each successful payment (name, contact details, product and amount) is sent to our private team messaging channel so we can respond promptly.
Authorities or advisers where required by law, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers above store data outside Malaysia (for example in Singapore, the United States or the EU). Where we do so, we rely on providers that maintain appropriate security and contractual safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes (generally seven years). Contact details are kept while you remain in our customer records; you may ask us to delete them at any time, subject to records we must retain by law.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent to marketing, and ask us to limit processing or delete your data. To exercise these rights, emailadmin@iqpilot.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled on DOKU's PCI-DSS compliant pages, and access to our systems is limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Cookies

The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage required to complete checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
