Terms of Service

1. Who we are

checkout.iqpilot.ai ("the Site") is operated by DJC AI Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our"), the organiser of IQPilot and DJC AI events and training programmes. By purchasing a ticket or product on the Site you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchases and pricing

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Where an event offers a "bring a friend" rate, the first seat in an order is charged at the standard price and each additional seat in the same order at the friend rate. Prices are set at the time of checkout and may change for future orders without notice.

Your order is confirmed only when our payment provider reports a successful payment. We will send an email confirmation and receipt to the address you provided at checkout.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by DOKU (including the senangPay network) on its secure hosted payment page. We never see or store your card number, banking credentials or e-wallet details. Available methods may include FPX online banking, Visa/Mastercard, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and ShopeePay. Your payment session expires if it is not completed within the time shown on the payment page; simply start a new checkout if that happens.

4. Refunds, cancellations and transfers

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law or where we cancel the event (see section 6).

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailingadmin@iqpilot.ai at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee's full name, email address and mobile number.

5. Attendance and conduct

• Your confirmation email (or the name on your order) is your ticket; we may ask for identification at the door.
• Seats are limited to the number of pax purchased. Additional attendees listed at checkout must each hold a paid seat.
• We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or unlawful, without refund.
• Unless stated on the event page, meals are not provided.
• Photography and video may be taken at events for our marketing; tell us at the event if you do not wish to appear.

6. Changes and cancellation by us

We may change the date, time, venue, speakers or programme of an event. If we materially change or cancel an event, we will notify you by email and offer, at our discretion, a place at the rescheduled event or a full refund of the ticket price. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with an event.

7. Intellectual property

Event content, materials, recordings and the IQPilot and DJC AI names and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may use materials for your own learning; you may not record, reproduce, resell or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

9. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these Terms; the version shown on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
